Wow KA! I want to see this in person! All sorts of associations springy to mind. Have just watched a programme on the Aztecs and their pyramids. This could be the side of one! But there are animals and plants in there too, ancient structures and romantic landscapes. Steps up to the higher world and down to the underworld. Fascinating.
Thanks
I have had a couple of days off to work on this. It is all on top of the original charcoal sketch which was rotated 90 degrees. The pieces are stuck lightly to foam board with spray mount agent. I hope they detach easily and then I want to assemble this on board more permanently.
Ideas on the best colour mounting board and best glue for a permanent fix most welcome.
I could identify the original charcoal in places. I think you’ve really taken this to another level. (I’ve responded to you in What’s App too)
Ditto to everything said about this piece. I feel it’s as if I’ve worked my way deep into a tropical forest. Almost can hear birds. Grasp vines. A light humid breeze. Wow.
Wow thanks
Wow is right. I wish I could make my embroidery look like that! Amazing texture and depth. (K)

This is stunning! Congratulations.
The whole is perhaps greater than the sum of its parts.
I can always hope
