    • That’s nice of you to say so but it’s surely an illusion because I’ve photographed it and you are viewing on a backlit screen. That’s not to put myself down, but I do recognise that viewing the picture remotely using transmitted light flatters the image compared to seeing it directly using reflected light.

      I like destroying and reconstructing my pictures. Technically, I can press harder on the paper sitting at home than standing outside. Cognitively, I had lost perspective outside but regained it when reworking the picture, the skyline at the back and the block of long rushes at the front.
      If I could grab my drawn compositions as well as your photographed ones …
